"My stay at this wonderful hotel was exceptional, and I feel compelled to offer special praise to the reception team. On one occasion, I discussed the possibility of booking directly to see if it might be more economical than using a booking platform. To my surprise, the staff honestly informed me that their direct rate would actually be higher than the online price, as they prefer to honour the best available deal for the guest, even absorbing the platform's commission themselves. Additionally, their practice of using the national bank's exchange rate for card transactions was another thoughtful touch that saved me money on currency conversion. This level of honesty and client-first attitude is extraordinary. It is a testament to a truly ethical business partnership. Thank you for an experience built on trust."
