"The best value was great staff, especially very nice and helpfull lady receptionist who checked our group in and her english was excelent, which is not common in Ethiopia. There was hot water without limit (not common as well), huge comfortable and clean beds, also nice place to drink coffee at the reception. Very close to airport and to restaurants."

"Tell me, please, why did rhe hotel put an Iron and a hair dryer in deluxe room, if both have British electric plugs but there is not a single British socket in the room, only US and European. Likewise, why put a fancy shower with hand, top, and side streams, if all are partially leaking, and if the water takes 12 minutes to warm up. One properly working hand shower would be better."
