"Thanks for all the staff, but the price is more expensive than usual for the room rate. I usually visit the hotel for more than 20 years. The entire team is absolutely outstanding!!!!"

"The Egyptian model of only Paying staff £2 a day puts too much pressure on tipping and creates an environment of resentment to western guests. All inclusive have killed off so much local business and creates desperation on business outside the hotel. It’s not a case that tourism is helping the people of Egypt as so few will benefit from the wealth it creates. £65 to hire a windsurf which is higher than the west yet £2 a day to staff. Invest in your staff and teach them English so they can talk to the guests. Felt like modern slavery."

"An amazing all-inclusive experience! Friendly and professional staff, a very clean and spacious room, and excellent attention to detail. The food and drinks throughout the day were varied, fresh, and delicious, and everything was well organized and generous. The hotel is quiet, well located, and truly relaxing.
