The private Velvære center includes 3 jacuzzis with relaxing hydro-massages, 4 saunas, a relaxation area, and a bar.

"Alt var over alle forventninger. Sød, rar, hjælpsom personale, skinnende rent og komfortabel værelse, en morgenmad som svarer til frokost på et restaurant med en masse af Chagall reproduktioner på væggene... Tæt på alle særværdigheder og 5 min gang til togstationen. Dette hotel er en perle"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was very delicious. There was plenty of parking space, and the parking was free. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any request. The room had a kettle and a mini fridge. The shower was great, with strong water pressure. I didn’t get a chance to use the SPA, so I can’t say anything about it."

"The hotel sits right next to a beautiful park with great walking paths. From the area, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Narva Castle and the river. The spa area and the thoughtfully designed sauna ritual (by Aleksandr) were definite highlights, turning our evening into a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast was rich and delicious and offered a good variety for different tastes. A wonderful place I would happily return to."
