"The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the bathroom supplies were more than enough. The room service food was quick and delicious. The staff were helpful and there was even a fresh rose in the room."

"The Marriott was a fabulous 5* tourist-resort type hotel, rather than a business hotel. Our stay was unexpected, as we had to leave our Avenue of the Volcanoes hotel early and at short notice due to altitude sickness. The Marriott sorted oxygen for our room and we were very comfortable and felt safe and well taken care of. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it looked lovely. Breakfast was great, in particular Fernando who looked after us really well."

"This is an exceptional hotel. The service and care is like no other. I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. The room was fabulous, large in size, had a bath and the l'occitane products were a lovely touch. The house keeping was excellent and care and thought went into every detail. I had views out the back onto the pool area. Breakfast was delicious with alot of choice and included an omlette stand. I would like to thank Fernando for taking care of me during breakfast time. The hotel has a beautiful foyer with alot of seating, fabulous decor and a grand piano.. My spa experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the outside hot tub."

"I really loved this hotel. Everything was done well, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food great, but I think it is the huge bunches of roses and gorgeous art that gives it a great ambience. I felt really comfortable and at home, which is not always the case with top end hotels, which can feel a bit cold sometimes."

"It's only a little thing, but I wanted a simple directory of the hotel. I felt the QR code version didn't give a good overview."
