"Hotel Europa is well located in the centre of town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little tired but quaint and comfortable. Nice breakfast. We would certainly stay again"

"I'm trying to think of things I didn't like about my two night stay at the Europa but I can't. Everything was fine and this place is therefore amazing value for money. Big room, big, comfy bed, hot shower, private parking. It was all fine. The place is located on the main street of Alausi but the room was amazingly quiet. Breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you are going to Alausi I doubt you'll find better than here."

"Nice, large rooms and the hotel is right in the middle of Alausi. Staff is kind and helpful but some speak only Spanish so communication can be a bit challenging. However they are keen to assist and managed to arrange a transfer to the Nariz del Diablo viewpoint."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
