"It exceeded the standard I expected in a ‘not-so-big’ town. Staff was amazing and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The location was excellent for those travelling by bus as the main bus station (terminal) is only a short walk away. The location was quiet and I felt safe."

"Not that it bothered me as I arrived late and left early but my room’s windows were pointed to the building inside patio and there was a limited light coming in. Again not a problem for me but I recommend checking the room description as I have missed that."

"I loved the location and the hotel itself. The room was large and the bed very comortable. Good breakfast. But the 10 goes to Ronnie and Alexandra, who went the extra mile to find a private transportation to Cuenca for me. Very nice people."

"It’s nothing special but it did the job. We stayed here to get to Quilatoa to do the 1 day hike around the lake. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel all day and take a bus in the evening once we returned"

"The place is very quiet and I got a room with view to a street, but there was little noise. The breakfast was very good and it was nicely done. The staff and the hotel manager were extremely friendly and did everything to make my stay a peasant one. They helped me a lot when I fell ill, The always organised a taxi. From the hotel I could reach important places near by in the city and farther way very quickly. I thank them a lot."
