"Que no todos los vehículos ingresan en el parqueadero y los que no ingresan toca estacionar en la parte de afuera o al menos eso me supieron comentar en la administración."

"It was close to the main road"

"I booked a room with air conditioning and breakfast included. At first they tried to put me in a room without air conditioning and I had to show them the booking. Then the next room they put me in was extremely moldy to the point where it was hard to breathe and I had to ask if they could move me to a different room which thankfully they did. I didn’t realize the room was an “upgrade” so the next morning the manager said breakfast wasn’t included with that room so I had to pay extra but again I had to tell them I booked a room with air conditioning and breakfast included. I was unaware of the “upgrade” and simply asked for a room without mold in it. Then at check out I tried to ask for an invoice for my records which they refused unless I paid an additional 15% tax which again was already included in the booking. I tried to show them the booking a third time and they would not accept that. Seems like they try to scam extra money out of people who stay here. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The room was very clean. The area is far from downtown, but very beautiful and peaceful. There are many restaurants at walking distance. However, if you're not used to going up and down the hills, it could be an issue."

"The apartment was great. The location is close to the center and walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. The host was very lovely. "I’m giving this stay a solid 10 across the board. The apartment looks exactly like the photos on Booking—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. Israel, our host, was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. There was always plenty of hot water, and while we only made coffee, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet area, making it easy to get a good night's rest. Like many places in Ecuador, you might hear the occasional barking dog, but it was never disruptive or constant. I woke up feeling refreshed every day. One highlight of our trip was visiting the nearby Botanical Garden “Las Orquídeas”—a must-see. Be sure to take the guided tour to fully appreciate the 25-acre rainforest conservatory and its incredible biodiversity. In short, I highly recommend staying here—this is a top-notch apartment in a perfect location for exploring Puyo."

"The hotel is located in a quiet street but one minute from the main road and from the restaurants and shops. The team who works there is great. Gloria and her husband David are very friendly, nice people that care about their guests as if they were family. The hotel has a tour company named deep galapagos do they can also organize tours and have equipment if needed to rent. Both other 2 ladies who work there are very nice too. They helped us with organizing a taxi to the ranch in the highlands and to the ferry to the airport. They catered all our needs. I have food restrictions and it was ovious to me how much it mattered to them that I get a breakfast that met my needs."
