"It is in a very nice place -walking distance to the beach and from the beach el valle you can take the boat To Ermitaño so no need for car"

"You are staying in the forest. We had a beautiful terrace looking out into the trees. I think we were in the nicest (probably largest as we had a family booking) lodge. Our friends had a different lodge which was darker and definitely located in a more humid area of the forest. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful. The beach is phenomenal, and very close. We ate in the beach, and the food was great, but slow."
"The bed felt a little damp, but that might be very difficult to regulate with humidity. The pool wasn't used at all, by anyone as far as we could see, when we were there, it didn't look very appealing the first day we saw it, and the water had been emptied out the second day so it was unusable anyway. Effectively, this place doesn't have a pool. But there is a great beach, so that doesn't matter."

"Incredible experience in a remote location that makes you feel like home. Short walk to a virgin beach, super warm staff that became friends and an enchanting design that merges with nature. The bed and pillows are great quality and loved that they have bathrobes to feel more luxurious even if you are in the jungle. Breakfast is lovely and praise for Dominican coffee! The hotel has a restaurant serving nice dinners and cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend for a boutique lodge jungle/beach trip."

"Simply, it's an amazing remote place we'd recommend everyone stayint at. It's in the middle of jungle, but near the sea. It offers super tasty food, has great views, and an atmosphere. We met so many nice people and enjoyed our stay here. We spent one of the best time! We will definitely come back one day!"

"De camino desde Santiago a Las Terrenas elegimos este hotel para alojarnos una noche y no tener que hacer el viaje de una sola vez. Nos llevamos una gran sorpresa al entrar en este precioso resort completamente nuevo. Y qué maravillosa acogida y atención por parte y del personal de los dos propietarios que viven en una casa de estilo escandinavo en el propio terreno. Un apartamento grande y hermoso, una bonita piscina con bar y un precioso y romántico jardín, creado en lo que antiguamente fue una plantación de cacao. Las Tarranas es un pueblo verdaderamente típico dominicano en el campo, donde el tiempo parece haberse detenido en el siglo pasado: tranquilo, sencillo y encantador. Es increíble que este pequeño pueblo tenga una joya tan nueva como este apartotel. El restaurante del resort ofrece una carta muy sabrosa y con precios razonables. Nos quedamos una noche más de lo previsto y sin duda volveremos. Todo simplemente TOP."
