"Location was perfect, room had character. Owners were very nice."
"Not all appartments are the same however I think we may have been in overflow & there was just a wooden door between us & the owners. It was fine for us but you could hear through the door as if it was a standard residence. If your booking & are ok with that I think you would be very happy with this place. I do not think that would be an issue in any other room. The upside is we got to know the people & had a nice street view"
"A very familiar place, if you prefer this. It’s not a classic hotel nor does it provide such services as AC or breakfast. I liked this. Shower was hot. Unless you stay in the resorts you can’t stay nearer to a great beach. 5mins walk. Near a lot of cute cafes for breakfast."
"There is a huge and loud construction site building right next door, working between 9-5 approx. No deal if you’re exploring but a deal if you need to rest during the day. The prices in Dom Rep are higher, it’s not a problem of the accommodation itself. But the worth of all the accommodation in guesthouses and hotels are not the best."

Les chambres sont simples mais bien situées, et disposent des commodités pour passer un bon séjour, L'emplacement est central, proche des restaurants et boutiques et de la plage publique de Dominicus."

"Cercania a la playa Dominicus que es preciosa y a la peatonal. A unas 6 cuadras aproximadamente se encuentra el casino y disco. Se puede caminar tranquilamente por sus calles que es muy seguro. Cabe destacar la amabilidad y cortesia en el alojamiento de Giulia y Maria Helena. Muy agradables y respondieron a nuestras necesidades de inmediato."
