"The kitchen is fully equipped for a small family to enjoy cooking meals and eating together. The living space is cosy and bedrooms are spacious enough to also chill in (there's only the bed though). The view of the pool came with a comfy hammock and it was nice to be able to use the small table and chairs to have a drink in the evening."

"The pool area can be quite active, with music playing. This is a plus as you can also join in the fun! If you are remote working, you may need to find a way to work in your bedroom with your own internet/wifi."

"The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped. All utilities were clean and good to use , just a few little things as leaking water from the sink or fridge, not knowing where, but most of the time was water on the floor. The kitchen furniture was run down. The pool was nice , we did not use it and was out of work for 2 days. The location is good , less than 10 minutes walk to Ole supermarket or guagua station. Nice to have AC in the room , easy check in and check out .Good price for what you get."

"The receptionist/ manager's attitude changed completely after we paid . Could be nicer and look at people when talking to them. We asked twice for toilet paper, and we ended up buying it because they gave us 1 roll for 7 days."

"Que al reservar especifiquen bien la forma de pago, la reserva decía que se pagaba en el hotel, llegué y ya se habían cobrado con la tarjeta de crédito que puse como garantía, por ende, ahora debo pagar unos dólares adicionales por la comisión de la tarjeta, en otros hoteles de RD no me pasó eso, he pagado en efectivo"

"Je suis plutôt satisfait de mon séjour de presqu'une semaine dans cet hôtel (je n'ai pas eu le problème des fees additionnels comme décrivaient les clients précédents, peut-être cela a été réglé par booking.com depuis) - le staff est ok - salle de bain avec douche eau chaude - quartier sécurise avec barrière 24/7 - badge pour entrer dans la chambre et ouvrir le portail du garage - wifi ok - garage semi souterrain - il y a une piscine mais je ne l'ai pas utilisée - au final cet hotel mérite une notation de 8+"

"En general, el lugar está bien. Es una unidad residencial de apartamentos antigua y se nota: la fachada tiene algo de deterioro (pintura y exteriores), pero a mí no me pareció alarmante ni preocupante como para descartarlo. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el tamaño: los apartamentos son enormes, mucho más grandes de lo que muestran las fotos. Techos altos (doble altura), buena ventilación, de ese estilo de construcción antigua que se agradece. Por dentro están bastante bien y bien equipados: cocina con batería, nevera, aire acondicionado en cada habitación y buen Wi-Fi. En general, cómodo y funcional. La ubicación también es práctica, especialmente si tienes carro para moverte. Hay supermercados grandes cerca (como Olé), lo cual ayuda bastante. La atención de la host estuvo bien."

"Lo único realmente criticable es la llegada/entrada. Me tocó con lluvia y, si no tienes internet o teléfono (o si llegas de noche), puede volverse un problema serio: hay timbres que tocas y tocas y nadie responde rápido, no hay señalización clara y es fácil quedarte por fuera sin saber a quién acudir. Eso es lo que mejoraría con urgencia. Fuera de ese punto, la relación espacio/comodidad está bastante bien y el “aspecto viejo” se compensa porque por dentro los apartamentos están en buen estado."
