"We have faced great difficulties in finding availability at Grand Cafe and at the SPA. Both places are accepting non-hotel guests therefore are fully booked most of the times. I beleive that there should be some sort of priorities for the hotel guests. Also some of the staff at Grand Cafe were not very keen in helping the Hotel guests. Our room had a very bad view compared to the price we paid."
"I don’t usually write reviews, but our stay at this hotel was so wonderful that I felt I had to share it. We visited to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and wanted to prepare a surprise. For this, we needed early access to the room so our friends could decorate it in advance. The hotel team went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly and the surprise stayed a surprise. We are very grateful. A special thank-you to Mr. Álvaro Montero for his exceptional assistance."

"This is a great hotel … perhaps the most famous hotel in Prague brought back to life by W. They have restored the gorgeous history of this building, and put a fabulous / elegant / contemporary interior. The restaurants and open spaces are stunning. The spa is probably one of the best in Europe. Gym is excellent. And the roof terrace is awesome."

"A brand-new and very welcoming hotel, especially if you love Art Deco style. The restaurants, rooftop, and bars are all of excellent quality. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable—the concierge’s tips were particularly helpful. Our room was spacious and well laid out; we chose their suite, which was super comfortable (it faced the back, but the modern wing of the hotel doesn’t overlook the main street, where the historic section remains). That was perfectly fine for us."
