Opened in June 2012, Maximus Resort features the Infinit Maximus Wellness and Afslapningshelligdom Centre with an aquatic and sauna world including massages, a swimming vandafslapningsområde, a hot tub, a steam bath, Kneipp bath and an outdoor cooling svømmeområde, all available at a surcharge. Stylishly decorated, most units have a terrace or balcony with views of the surrounding landscape. Each en-suite room comes with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Some also have a seating area or a separate living room. The property contains only a 4-star area. A buffet breakfast is served each morning in Maximus Resort. The property’s café serves international cuisine, and also has a garden with barbecue facilities. Boat trips are available at Brno Dam, 200 metres away. There is also the etablissement's beach bar Hribek, open from April to September. The Kaskáda Golf Course, a zoo, and the Přístaviště Bus Stop are all with 2 km. Brno city centre, the castles Špilberk and Veveří, and the Villa Tugendhat, which is famous for pioneering modern architecture in Europe, are all within a 15-minute drive. A shuttle service is available free of charge.

"We are returning customers, but this time we found it all extremely expensive. I found it misleading that the SPA hotel did not include the Spa and it was over 200 Euro extra to the room fee. All in all, the hotel is lovely and the SPA is excellent. The restaurant serves exquisite food. Highly recommendable"
