"Udsigten. Spa og swimmingpool. Elevator ned til byen."
"Vi ankom kl 12 og betalte så vi kunne parkere bilen. Det var ikke muligt at få værelset før kl 14. Da vi kom tilbage kl 14.30, havde de givet os et andet værelse og vi fik ingen forklaring. Det så ud til at være et mindre værelse ud fra etageplanen. Kun en af 3 ved receptionen kunne engelsk. Morgenmadsbuffet kunne være bedre."

"The staff at the reception was not the most welcoming. When approached, they seemed disinterested and barely provided any information. We had to ask them for everything and they didn't offer any information voluntarily, for example where are the closest restaurants in town, or which ones would be good to go to, what to see, etc."

"A good hotel, with comfortable and spacious rooms. It was good to have spa facilities in the hotel (even if you had to walk through the labyrinth to find them 🤣) and a gym, with breakfast included. The hotel was up quite a lot of stairs/a steep road, but you got to know shortcuts over the stay. The main issue was some very unfriendly/cold staff, who could do with customer service training (although some of them were much nicer too)."

"Brilliant place. It was what I like. Great staff, they work so hard. I see them late in the evening and again at breakfast. They speak many languages and know the expectations of different cultures. Beautiful room, fantastic breakfast and the spa facilities were brilliant. A magical place in the winter and great value."

"The hotel complex and gardens were beautiful. Located an uphill walk from the main strip it’s surrounded by immaculately kept hotels and spas. The Bristol Palace spa was lovely, very clean and peaceful. Room was big and spacious."
"There was a lot of variety at breakfast, fruits, pastries, muesli, breads, crepes and meats etc but it wasn’t that tasty. Less options and better quality would be amazing."
