"Hotel and apartments located in the heart of the old city. Fast wifi, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The apartment was fully equipped. Breakfast was very pleasant and reasonably varied, although for those with dietary exclusions there are not too many options."
"Unfortunately, most hotels in Opava only have a temporary reception desk - if you arrive at the Kramer Hotel before the stated check-in time, there is no way to leave your luggage (this information should be more clearly communicated to guests, as you are not always able to plan your arrival time when the reception desk is open)."

"The location is superb, the very centre of the town. However, the place is quiet in general. The breakfast: one of the best ever and possibly the best in a Czech hotel. Great coffee :) Very kind staff, very comfortable apartment. Private car par is an additonal bonus."

"Úžasný apartmán v centru Opavy, kde byl klid a přitom vše blízko. Vše bylo super. Zaskakující paní , co připravovala snídaně, byla velice milá. Škoda, že normálně dělá pokojskou. Ochotná p.recepční. Výtah do pater ocenila má 83 letá maminka, soukromé parkoviště ... skvělé. Děkujeme, určitě se vrátím s kamarádkami, Opava a okolí je krásné."
