"Everything was fantasfic. The villa was very clean in a great location with a great sandy beach and beach bar with music. There was enough equipment available in the villa, we also really liked that there was a drinking water machine. We will definitely come back."

"Was perfect stay. Vila was wonderfull. Spacious, clean (I can imagine how hard is to keep clean such a big house). Very nice garden, terace. Fully equiped kitchen (new pans, pots, dishwasher). Each room had a/c working fluently. Good quality furniture. Private parking place. Calm neighborhood. The best place we were staying in Cyprus. Really worth the price. Best luck!"

"Comfortable villa located in a quiet area of Paralimni. The villa is easily located on Google and Bolt maps using keywords villa nova paralimni. Nearby are two supermarkets and Malama Beach. There is a cozy courtyard around the villa itself. On the ground floor there is a large living room + kitchen and one bedroom with a comfortable desk. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The villa has three bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, there is even a water-fridge with a high-quality filter - no need to buy water in plastic bottles. New comfortable furniture, everything is very clean and cozy. The mattresses are not too soft and not too hard, just right."

"Really clean, tidy villa with fantastic amenities nearby. Really friendly helpful staff. The villa had everything we could possibly need and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic with any questions or help we needed. We managed to accidentally lock ourselves out one of the days and they sorted us out very quickly and without fuss."

"The garden is wonderful with exotic trees and bushes in wery good condition. The garden furniture is also perfect. The house is nice clean and big. The nearby beach was also cool and very near."
