The Goathouse

"This house had pretty much everything we needed. Perfect for a group of friends, a decent sized shop and a couple of taverna's in walking distance. Only 20 min drive from larnaca and beaches. The house is beautiful the decor is amazing, fully equipped kitchen and pool area. Penny greeted us at the property and talked us through everything. We were made to feel very welcome 👍🏻"

"Minor issues and also not the property issue. A lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood, so needed a fan on or earplugs to drown out the noise."

"It was very spacious. Travelling in a group of 8 adults, it gave us lots of space to all be together as well as offering spaces if someone wished to have some alone time. It had everything you could want there, a home from home, but better!"

"Can’t fault it. We had a car so we travelled to different places . We also had a ‘local’ in our group who knew where to take us. The location worked for us as we wanted to be away from the main tourist areas but had the opportunity to visit here spots if we wanted to."

"The house itself is a dream - what a find! The interior has been done very tastefully and it makes it hard to leave to explore the rest of the island. We loved the outdoor dining option next to the BBQ - perfect for a bigger group and warm nights. We were greeted by the host and she showed us round making sure we knew how everything worked, before giving us some local recommendations. Will keep this place on my radar for future group trips and will always recommend it to anyone coming to Cyprus."

"There isn;t anything we didn't like about the house"

"We were a group of 9 and we have just returned from 10 days at The Goathouse. Amazing villa. All bedrooms good size and all with aircon. So much room for us all. Kitchen and lounge area was huge. Good size pool. Really clean and well organised by Penny who met us at the property to show us all around the property. Nothing was too much trouble for Penny and she was always very helpful and very easy to contact. Upon arrival Penny had filled the fridge with some provisions for us which was very much needed after a long journey. The villa is in a very remote area but felt very safe and private. A car is needed to see places close by. Penny was helpful with suggestions of where to visit and booked us in at the local taverna on our first night. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this lovely villa as we were all incredibly happy during our stay. Thank you Penny for being so helpful and for making our stay so comfortable."

"Sad to leave two beautiful cats who had adopted us for our stay. We did leave cat biscuits and cat bowls in one of the cupboard at the villa with the hope that future users of the villa would continue to feed them too. Penny was going to try to see if she could help them as the ginger cat ( Tomasina) had a newborn kitten and the grey one( Sophia) was heavily pregnant."
