"Villa was more than we expected! We really liked fully equipped kitchen. There was also air fryer and electric juicer. Villa was spacious and located in very quiet area but really close to beach, restaurants and bus stop. Place was very clean and spotless. Irini was really friendly and hospitable, she told much information about Pernera area for us. There was also air heat pumps in every room, but we didn't need them during our stay. They are definitely necessary in the hotter season."

"Water in pool was little bit cold for my taste - but not for the kids. But swimming pool was not heated and we know that so it wasn't surprise. And we would appreciate that if there will be salt, pepper and maybe oil in kitchen for basic supplies."

"Spacious, three bedroom house, a spacious garden area with a great swimming pool and a barbecue area. Photos are 100% real - everighing the same, we take everything what we expected. Great location - 2 minutes walk to the beach and promenand"

"The location was wonderful – peaceful and quiet, which made it a perfect place to relax. The large garden was beautiful and gave the whole place a very pleasant atmosphere. What we appreciated most was the authentic character of the accommodation, which made the stay feel much more special than a typical apartment or hotel. "The villa was well kept, clean and had all the facilities, fully air-conditioned. The pool was lovely, enjoyed by all the family. BBQ area was great. Amazingly close to the beach where we enjoyed watching the sunset. From the upstairs terrace we enjoyed star gazing and views; sea to the front and hills at the back. Would definitely recommend Villa Elena and would be happy to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The property is exactly as described and lived up to everything we wanted in a villa. It is secluded with the beach on your doorstep. The beach is very rocky and the sea was quite rough at times but was great for snorkelling. If you want a sandy beach, you will need to drive to one and a car is pretty much essential. The villa has all amenities and they use UK plugs which is a bonus if you’re from the UK. The pool is beautiful and well maintained but often needs topping up with water which was easily done via the hose next to the pool. The decor is slightly dated and some areas are slightly worn but this adds to the Cypriot feel and we quite liked this. If you’re looking for super modern, consider alternatives; rustic then this is your place. The owner checks in with you frequently and checks all is ok. She’s also recommends her families restaurants in Latchi - which I highly recommend - Restomare and Nōma. I absolutely would return to this villa."
