"The location is the best one of a hotel or resort anywhere else in Cyprus. Idyllic. Dream like. The gardens and landscaping of the hotel is exquisite. The service is exemplary and up there with any other five star establishment globally."

"The wi-fi signal was weak at many points around the hotel. The gym is extremely small, lacks basic equipment and standard items. No free water WITHIN the gym as with everywhere else. If you need some you have to leave the gym and go to the reception of the spa and ask for it. The rooms are the same since it opened 27 years ago and one can tell their age. Furniture needs replacement and bathrooms especially full renovation. The food quality and selections are is very good but unfortunately no on the same level as with other luxurious establishments in Cyprus such as the Four Seasons Hotel, Amathus, Park Lane, Amara or Columbia."

"This really did feel like 5-star facilities and service.... Breakfast was sensational, so much to choose from, and willing staff in constant attendance. The outside spaces were great too, easy entrance pools, plenty of loungers, the sea and beach very close. The location itself is very beautiful, especially the upper terrace where we had drinks and a couple of meals. Staff were always friendly, polite and super-attentive to our needs. Our suite with private pool, nice temperature, was very comfortable. The spa is a magnificent space, so a great destination for bad weather days."

"We were disappointed that our outside space, including our private pool, was overlooked by many guests. Even putting a higher wall between each of the pool-suites would have aided privacy. The Spa treatment prices were off-putting. Also, restaurant and drink prices were often gulp-making and made us hesitate about eating more meals in-house."
