"Great place for our family of 4. Nice shower. Walkable distance to everything. Nice local neighborhood."

"The property had everything we needed and was only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of Santa Maria. There were plenty of shops and local restaurants less than five minutes away, which was really convenient. I would especially recommend the restaurant just behind the apartment, the food was fantastic. The host was very warm, welcoming, and extremely responsive, even helping to book taxis for us when needed. I would happily stay here again."
"The property can be very noisy at times but that’s during the day or Early evening and if you’re out it doesn’t affect you"
"Walking distance (5min) to any important locations in SM, right next to local fruit market Owners were really helpful Comfortable bed"

"Breakfast and dinner available on site was good. Lovely area to relax with verdant garden in a central courtyard. About a 15-20 min walk to the center but close to beaches which are mostly easy to access. Bars and restaurants close by but don't expect a very wide range of food choices. Local fish is excellent."
