"Our stay in the Casita was fantastic- it is centrally located, just a 5 minute walk into town, cosy and felt extremely safe. The casita was very well-equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen and even a heated blanket, which I made use of as the evenings were chilly! The real highlight was our host Jose, who went out of his way to accommodate us by booking several tours, giving us a lift to dinner and even driving us 40 minutes to meet our minibus driver when he forgot to pick us up!"

"Jose is such a gentleman. Always available to help. Lovely apartment with all that you need to cater for cooking and laundry. Chill outdoor space with hammocks was special. Would certainly recommend to anyone passing this way."

"We found coffee for the morning. As well we get opportunity to use the washing machine. The flat was super clean and the host gave us lot information about possible activities ."

"Above all, the host was exceptionally helpful and responsive (explaining how appliances work, booking tours and transportation) . The place is located in a calm quiet neighborhood. All the facilities were in good conditions and the kitchen was well equipped. Very nice shower! There was a huge outside area with comfy sofas, a big table and hammocks. Good and fast wifi. Washing machine available and free."

"The cottage has been thoughtfully put together and has everything you need to enjoy a really wonderful stay in Monteverde. José was a great host, always answering our questions and assisting us when needed. The cottage is very comfortable, is situated in a nice area and the outside veranda is a bonus with the hammocks."

"The cottage could just be ventilated a bit better but once all the windows are open there is no problem at all."

"Topligging vlakbij het dorp . De host kan alles voor je regelen als je dat wil en is super vriendelijk . Erg proper . Leuk terras om te zitten , ook als het regent . Goede WIFI , veel ruimte . Goede douche . Rustige straat"

"Een fijn appartementje met keuken. Veel keukengerei zodat je echt kunt koken. Er staat ook een koffiezetapparaat en koffie. Op 2 min lopen zijn diverse restaurantjes. Ietsjes verder is het centrum van Santa Elena waar de andere voorzieningen zien. De host kan je helpen om activiteiten te boeken in de buurt (zonder dat hij opdringerig is). Er is ook een fijne veranda met hangmatten en stoelen waar je lekker kunt chillen. Je kunt je auto voor de deur parkeren."

"Jose is very helpful, guestfree, friendly, and funny! The place is very cozy and has everything you need. You feel very welcome and at home. The place is very close to shopping and sightseeing but also far enough from center so it's quiet in the evenings, perfect if you like going out but quiet nights. It's very recommendable and we hope to come back. We stayed approx. 1 week and it was awesome"
