"About a fifteen to twenty minutes walk to historical centre. The road is busy with traffic. Best to leave earlier in am when there is a little shade. Not a pleasant walk but easy to reach centre. Best to return by taxi in evening."

"This is a beautifuly renovated,stylish ,spacious gem of a hotel. It is very close to the historic centre ,only a 15 minute walk and amazing value for money..I had reserved a single room but was given a really comfortable doulble room for no extra cost.The communal kitchen is very well equipped, the whole place is spotlessly clean and Paola,Jose and Sara were so helpful and attentive. Really comfortable beds and pillows and very pleasant external areas to relax in... I cannot recommend it highly enough."

"Great little hostel with nice clean but small rooms. Very good value. Located in a run down area of town which is perhaps not so safe to walk in at night. However if you just sleep and take Ubers they only cost $4 to get to the centre."

"Me gustó mi estadía en Casa Turbay, el horario para hacer el check in es flexible, es un lugar acogedor donde se siente la tranquilidad y la paz. La atención de la Señora Sara es muy amable, cordial y alegre. En buenas condiciones físicas el lugar, bien organizado, limpio, y muy acogedor. Además, todo queda cerca de los lugares turísticos, y excelente la relación calidad y precio. También, están dispuestos a la hora que tú llegues al hotel después de tus actividades en Cartagena."

"Tudo estava perfeito, as instalações são novas e a limpeza do local é perfeita. Roupas de cama e toalhas de muita qualidade e em excelentes condições. Sra Saraid me acolheu muito bem e está sempre disposta a ajudar com ótimas informações sobre a cidade. O funcionário da noite o Sr Rafael também está pronto para auxiliar no que for necessário. A localização é boa e alguns pontos turísticos podem ser visitados a pé. Altamente recomendado."
