"Everything! Wonderful peaceful location with amazing views over the lake, stunning setting in front of volcano, superb suites with comfortable large bed, fantastic shower, excellent kitchen, sofa bed, terrace etc. Lovely pool with loungers and nice roof top terrace aswell. Great healthy and tasty breakfast in lovely communal room. The hosts are so friendly and helpful with everything including restaurant bookings and local attractions including walks, hot springs etc. 5 mins drive from Pucon centre. Fantastic value for money. Like a boutique hotel at a fraction of the cost. A real gem of a place."

"It was a rough drive-in and out of the property - although this seems common in Chile. There are a lot of steps down from the carpark to the entrance. For older people, like ourselves, not ideal. Otherwise, it is a delightful small property in a quiet location."

"The lake lodge is a hidden gem. The road to it is very rough but wow once you get there it is amazing. Beautiful views and beautiful people. Pamela is the best host I have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble. As a coeliac (gluten free) traveller, Pamela went above and beyond to accommodate my health needs. Would definitely recommend."

"I wish we could have stayed longer! We only had 2 nights and it wasn’t enough. Next time I am in the area I would probably hire a car as it would be easier to get to/from the lodge with a car. We were able to get Ubers, which worked fine for us, although some uber drivers found it hard to find. The hosts were very helpful providing us with specific directions for the drivers, helping when needed and providing details for some very good drivers that knew where the place was. I hope to be back soon."
