"The hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Natales, within walking distance of the main square, a large grocery store, and the artisanal village. The location is ideal for exploring the city and for taking day trips to the national parks of Patagonia. It seemed like a family‑run hotel, with very kind staff at the reception and throughout the property. The room had a smart TV with plenty of channels, and I could even watch sports for free, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast was good, served in the downstairs restaurant near the reception, featuring carved wooden chairs and spotless tablecloths that changed colour each day."

"The hotel offers basic rooms, but we found everything we needed while staying in Puerto Natales as a hiking hub. The reception staff did not speak English, but Google Translate made communication easy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was sufficient, although some people might consider it basic. We would stay here again if we had the chance to visit the town again."

"We just needed the one night before our trekking holiday. The hotel was very central and close to shops and restaurants. It was quite basic, but all that we needed and the room was spacious. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast included cooked bacon and eggs."

"Not that much of an issue, but it can be a bit noisy when people leave early due to the construction of the building but that’s more a lack of respect for other travellers and nothing the hotel can solve."
