"The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. He already knew I was arriving and even greeted me by name—he was clearly expecting me, which made the experience feel very personal. The next morning at the buffet, the young woman at the front desk was also incredibly kind. I didn’t have a phone charging cable, and she went above and beyond to help me. Even though there wasn’t one at the desk, she lent me her own personal cable so I could charge my phone. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied. I’m looking forward to coming back soon."
