The staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special and to assist with everything from booking day tours to arranging tables for us on Christmas Day. "We spent 4 nights at hotel Gomero, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice garden and pool, providing a peaceful place to relax. The rooms, while simple, were comfortable and clean. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the main street, making it conveniently located. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!"

"Such a beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool, nice patio with relaxing area, parking space and super friendly helpful staff (Thank you to Andres, Kiana, Iti and all the others!) The city center was only a 10min walk away The room was super clean and with a good perfume. There was also a safe and a mini fridge in the room They can also offer tours but not every tour takes place any day of the week so better to get in touch in advance before arrival"

La cocinera espectacular! Conny en la cocina realmente fue fantástica todos los días que estuvimos, ella elabora los panes y dulces que se sirven en el desayuno, impecable. Tienen un buen servicio para rellenar las botellas de agua con costo adicional, lo que permite ahorrar y ayudar a evitar el exceso de plástico."

One of the owners is the Queen of Rapa Nui 2018, so you can learn more from the first hands about the local traditions.
