"What a wonderful place! Super comfortable rooms and beds. A beautiful courtyard garden, excellent breakfasts and friendly hosts. It's a good location for the town centre with restaurants and cafes and excellent museum. Also easy to reach nearby places by bus and wineries. We could use the kitchen and patio to prepare our own meals too, and relax. Highly recommend"

"Very patiently stayed up for us as we were late arriving. Beautiful old hacienda with a lovely courtyard full of fruit trees and vines. Very comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Many thanks for your hospitality."

"Breakfast was great, the owners were super helpful, the whole place has very much charm and a lot of athnosphere. We looked at another hotel not far away that was more than double in price and awful!"

"The hostel exceded my expectations with its garden setting,.The peace and tranquility and comfortable room provided a great sleep, waking to a breakfast of warm rolls, meats, cheeses and fruits with coffee and juice. They arranged a wonderful wine tour with transportation. Easy walking distance to the square, the museum and restaurants. Highly recommend staying with these welcoming hosts."

"Good location, walking distance from most interesting things. Friendly staff. They didn't really speak English, but we managed to understand each other most of the time. With a bit more attention to details, this could be a much better place though."

"Hostal La Muelle is one of the cleanest hostals I have stayed in and was great value for money.My room was reasonably large and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.The staff were friendly and helpful and in this regard I want to thank Maria-who does a fantastic job keeping the place clean and smelling fresh-and Nella....Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect-a short distance from the main plaza.....Hostal La Muelle is a lovely place....10 out of 10."

"The location on the hill with an amazing overlooking of Punta de Lobos beach. The size and the view from of the rooms. The variety and quality of the breakfast and the delicious food on the in house restaurant, as on the nearby feet on the beach La Orillera. The staff is very young but proactive, matching with the surf environment of the property. A plus for me was the external hot tubs water heated by fire wood. Great after a (cold) bath on the beach."

"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a few days including the kitchen. The location is good, only a quiet street, but close to the water, to the main square, and to the bus station. Wifi was good, there is a heater in every room, although we didn't need them. The host is great, replies quickly to messages, has information about the city laid out, and is honest about the fees and taxes, which we have had problems with in other parts if Chile."
