"The location is good, with public buses and metro services nearby. A couple of blocks away, Italia Street offers a bohemian atmosphere with plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly. The bedroom was spacious, and the shower room was decent. However, overall, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Breakfast was extremely basic. The kitchen didn’t seem well-maintained and could use a thorough clean, so I wouldn’t recommend cooking there. The staff had friends over in the evenings, making some noise, which felt a bit inconsiderate."

"We stayed for 6 days and all the staff were exceptional; friendly and attentive. The rooms, common areas and bathrooms were kept super clean and the kitchen was well equipped when we needed to cook. The hostel is in a great and safe location with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars all around. It is also close to the metro and walking distance from Lastarria. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you to all the staff for their care."

"Muy Buena ubicación, cercana caminando a bares, barrio Italia, 12 min. caminando de Hospital Salvador. Barrio seguro. Desayuno básico pero justo. Cocina tiene todo lo básico para una estadía. Buena atención de los encargados."

"La luz del espejo del baño, de la habitación parpadea toda la noche y eso molesta al tratar de dormir. Aún que cierres la puerta del baño, ya que estas son de vidrio. Esto fue en una de la habitaciones matrimoniales."
