"I stayed for two nights at this hostel located in Providencia, Santiago and overall my experience was positive. The location is definitely one of its strongest points since it’s a safe area with supermarkets, restaurants and bus lines just a short walk away, which made getting around the city very easy, I also want to highlight the receptionist’s attention; she was always friendly and willing to help, which really added to the stay. As for the shared rooms, the bunk beds were a bit thin and shaky, but considering the price you can’t really complain too much. I would stay here again, though next time I’d choose a private room for extra comfort. In short it’s a good option for a short and budget-friendly stay in an excellent location"

"Not necessarily a bad thing, but remember to pay the deposit for a front door key if you're planning on staying out past midnight! We found ourselves running back one night after dinner struggling to make the curfew. It didn't cause any issues and the staff let us in with no problems."

"We loved our stay here. It was in a lovely location, the staff were super friendly and accomodating, and it was very easy to walk to some of sights such as the Bellavista neighbourhood and the Cerro San Cristobal."

"Our room window opened up to a pretty noisy street at night. However with the window closed this wasnt really an issue. And some of those Restaurants were very nice to visit. Would definitely recommend to any one backpacking around Chile"

"Sandra is a really nice person that creates a family ambient, rooms are fresh and clean. The location is really close to metro station and all the necessary stuff. You can find everything you need in there, highly recommended."

"The location is very nice, it is right in the heart of the city center so public transportation can be easily caught. The staff is very nice and the hostel is very suitable for socializing with fellow travellers."

"The bed seems very weak. I mean, since I slept in the upper bed, I am afraid that it will break (eventhough it never happened). And there is very limited place to put your clothes and towels in the bathroom."
