På Te Vakaroa kan man vælge mellem 6 luksuriøse villaer med fantastisk horisont over Muri-lagunen. Samtlige villaer har egen stor terrasse med billedskøn udsigt over infinity-vandområdeen og afslappende skønhedsbehandlingerbad. Samtlige villaer har aircondition, loftsventilator og skrivebord med internetdataport. Stopsområdet har fladskærms-tv med satellitkanaler og bluetooth-underholdning. Der foreslås tøjvask og strygeudstyr. Gæsterne kan selv lave mad i deres eget køkken med opvaskemaskine, køleskab/fryser, mikroovn, gaskomfur, gasovn og filtreret vand. Der serveres tropisk morgenmåltid i villaen hver morgen. Te Vakaroa Villas ligger på Muri Beach, 10 minutters gåtur langs stranden fra mange caféer. Rarotonga Lufthavn ligger 20 minutters kørsel derfra. Muri-lagunen er perfekt til snorkling, kajaksejlads, kitesurfing og svømning. Gæsterne kan gratis benytte kajakker og snorkeludstyr. Der gives desuden massage på værelset. Der leveres lufthavnstransport mod tillægsgebyr.
