The Waldhotel Arosa Superior's rooms feature cable TV and a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryers. The spacious rooms and suites are panelled with local pine wood. At the Waldhotel Kursted ( Adults only) and Familiy Kursted wellness area, guests of the Waldhotel can also book massages and beauty treatments. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The Thomas Mann und Zauberberg Kulinarisk Univers serves a 5-course dinner menu in summer and a selection of 2 5-course dinner menus in winter. The wine list features 450 different wines. The cosy Kachelofa-Stübli (open in winter) was awarded 16 Gault Millau points. It serves classic Swiss cuisine and regional specialities. Guests of the Waldhotel can enjoy live piano music, local music with hand organ sounds and special themed evenings. The logi complex comprises the traditionally styled Waldhotel and the modern Chesa Silva. The hiking routes and ski slopes of Arosa are situated right next to the Waldhotel Arosa. The kid's club, which is supervised during the winter season, and the Junior Club Arosa offer various in- and outdoor activities. The swimming lagune is reserved for children every day from 15:00 to 17:30. In summer, guests benefit from the Arosa Card, which provides free use of cable cars and the regional bus lines, free boat hire, and free access to the Untersee beach area and the ropes course.

"The Restaurant, dining choices and service were all exceptional. The panoramic views from the restaurant were an additional bonus! The children were treated with absolute equality with the adults, which was a wonderful experience for them; the check-in, the little robes and slippers, and the thoughtful little touches like the "Ice-Cream passes" and small gifts just set this place apart from anywhere we've ever stayed, even which claim to be child-friendly. The history of the hotel, the views, the fresh air and the small acts of going above and beyond mean we cannot wait to return and create more fantastic family memories together here."

"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
