"I love how the staff being so attentive and helpful. When I was back to my hotel room, I saw the staff were doing house keeping. There was some food waste I wanted to throw but I didn't want to bother them since they were busy. They noticed and shortly after, they knocked on my room door asking if there is anything needed to throw. Everything is included like gym, swimming pool facilities, sauna and breakfast. They would replenish mini toblerone chocolate in your room which is such a sweet touch. Also if you follow google map, even with luggage (mine was 31 kg), it is actually a straightforward route with no stairs involved. Otherwise, I believe you could make a request to get hotel electric vehicle to transport your luggage from train station to hotel."

"The hotel has a great location, convenient for any gondola ride, very close to the main street and the train station. The spa was one of the best I’ve visited. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was extremely rich and delicious, I highly recommend it."

"Room The room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the stylish shower room. At night, they brought complimentary chocolates, which was a delightful touch. I highly recommend booking a room with a Matterhorn view. Facilities The hotel has a sauna, a heated pool, and showers. This was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. There was even live piano music by the pool, which made the atmosphere so special. Water and snacks were complimentary and available anytime. After swimming, I enjoyed lying on a sunbed, soaking up the warm sunshine—it was pure bliss. Each room comes with a soft bathrobe, perfect for going to the pool or sauna in comfort. Restaurant Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Overall, the service and facilities were outstanding. Next time I come to Zermatt, I will definitely stay here again. I see no reason to look for another hotel."

"Great location near the railway station, about 10 minutes walk. I like the breakfast and wished that I could have more time to sample the great variety of the food. The staff are well trained and possesed excellent service attitudes and the receptionist even offered to fetch me to the railway station upon check-out so as to catch my morning's Glacier Express trip. Well done to the hotel's management and staff!"
