"The view from the room was spectacular! Located on a slight hill, it offers views of the townscape, lake, and mountains. The breakfast was good. Not so much option, but really satisfying."
"On the first day, I walked to the hotel from the station. The road right in front of the hotel was a steep slope, making it difficult to walk with my luggage. After checking-in, I took a bus to and from the station using “swiss travel pass”. The bus was very convenient to use."

"It was impossible to catch Wi-fi connection in my room (second floor, the remotest one). However, in public spaces this issue did not arise. Please, don’t hesitate to offer your clients the Riviera card. Apparently, if I did not request it from the receptionist, this opportunity would not be even mentioned. Lastly, please recheck your mode of sending salutation/pre-checkin messages: I received it a day after arrival."
