"The property is located in a beautiful area, just 50 meters from the bus stop and right opposite a hotel. The rooms are kept very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. They always do their best to maintain great service."

"The hotel prices are quite high, and the property has an old-style charm but could use some updates. The breakfast menu is limited, with mostly bread items. It would be nice to see more variety and some changes to the menu."

"Everything was perfect, the hotel is by the lake, from the room we had beautiful views. The bus station is in front, and Interlaken and Spiez is very easily accessible by it. The breakfast is amazing. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Oliver, he helped us a lot, recommended beautiful places to visit, and answered every question we had."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The view from our room over the lake and mountains was beautiful. The room was clean and quiet, and we slept well even though the street outside was nearby — it wasn’t busy or noisy at night. We also appreciated having tea and coffee available in the room. Breakfast was good, especially the cheese selection. Parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend for one night stay."

"There were a few things we didn’t like. The entrance to the rooms (if not accessed through the restaurant) was through a back area cluttered with random waste, bottles, and rubbish bins, which didn’t make a good impression. The building is quite old, and although everything was clean, the equipment and furniture showed their age — the toilet seat, in particular, was very worn. We also found the pillows uncomfortable: they were big but very flat, and not supportive."

"Very Good view of lake from the room and around the property. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They provided almost all the things we expect in a stay. Staff was very friendly. Whenever we asked to heat up our food, they did it with smile..no arrogance or angry face. In fact , when we informed the staff that we will leave next day early morning, they provided some breakfast for the next morning even without asking for it. The staff was really helpful and kind."

"Nothing to dislike. However, few things to keep in mind. Bus stop is very near to this hotel but the frequency of bus on either side (interlaken or Spiez) is hourly basis. So plan your travel accordingly. In this hotel (and other hotels also) staff is not available 24/7. They work like 6 AM to 10 PM only. So if you are coming late at night, you may not be able to check in. But this is the issue with most of the hotels in Europe. Breakfast is decent but not lot of options specially if you have seen the pictures of the breakfast in reviews you would be disappointed."
