Etablissement Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt, just 200m or two minutes walk from the train station. Our cosy rooms combine modern design with rustic elements. The herberg has 3 restaurants. Our three restaurants Pinte, Arvenstube and Vegistube offer regional, vegetarian and classic cuisine.The Pinte features wooden furniture typical of Valais and serves specialities such as cheese fondue and raclette. The Arvenstube is an elegant spisested featuring alpine chic desin and serving international and vegetarian delicacies. The Vegistube is a vegetarian spisested. The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the etablissement. A conference room.Our wellness area includes 3 saunas, a steam bath, a relaxation room with infrared loungers, an ice mist shower and a fitness room. Massages are available on request.

"Everything about this hotel was very good...the staff very courteous & friendly. The room on the 4th floor was really nicely appointed though medium sized but with a balcony & view of the Matterhorn. Good facilities too & nice bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with eggs to order & sausages & bacon too. Making our own orange juice was a wonderful touch added. By & large well had a great stay in Zermatt & happy to have chosen this charming hotel."

"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
