"Family room was massive. The king size bed was so big that we ended up sleeping all four of us (we have two kids) in the same bed. Breakfast was simple but very good. Owner are extremely cordial. Location is superb."

"Our two-night stay felt like a true vacation. We enjoyed the hotel's location – being just steps from fantastic gelato, the beautiful lake shore and a variety of restaurants. It was all incredibly convenient. The staff's kindness made us feel welcome. A simple but delicious breakfast was waiting each morning. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We arrived by car, and the public parking is only a short walk away."

"The hosts were wonderful - they are super friendly and helpful and speak a number of languages. The breakfast was brilliant and we had a lovely room, spacious and quiet with a coffee machine fridge and enormous bed. The bathroom was large and impeccably clean. The position of the hotel was perfect, just off the main waterfront, so we could walk to everything. The hotel has a lovely cosy ambiance - it is our second time staying there and we would definitely book again. A home away from home. xx"

"I booked my dad in here for our short stay in Ascona and he couldn’t speak highly enough of his experience here. The couple who own it are absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful and treat you like family. I came to collect him one day and they let me sit with him and breakfast and offered me tea/coffee even though I want staying there. Breakfast was great, room was spotless and very comfortable. On departure they gave my dad a lovely homemade loaf of bread. I’m hoping to return next year and hope to get myself booked in here!"
"Nothing to not like. Was brilliant"

"- Cleanliness - Staff - Service - Inclusion of the thermal SPA amenities for BOTH days - Breakfast buffet - Literally everything"
"Near To train station also Halal Food available in next door"
"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
Licht Hotel Gregory
"The staff were amazing! So friendly, and helpful. There was milk provided for the guests which was a bonus as I always bring tea bags with me, so saved me a walk to the shop. The location was brilliant and the hostel was very clean"
Juan-fernando Oldtown Hostel Otter
"The location is great and most important it was so clean."
"Det var et dejligt morgenmåltid, ikke overdådigt, men der manglede ikke noget. Der var super god betjening og en vært med masser af humor og som var meget imødekommende. Dejligt med nøgleboks så man kunne komme sent aften. Får meget for pengene."
