"Beautiful hotel, and looking over the Lucerne Lake - amazing location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful - customer service was excellent. Bar and restaurant are popular so recommend booking a table during busy periods (e.g. around Christmas holidays). We stayed for 3 nights, which was perfect for our visit."
