The Hotelstruktur Derby offers a very central location on the main street of Zermatt, 50 metres from the train station and the Gornergrat Railway and a 5-minute walk from the Sunnegga Cable Car. Free WiFi is available. The rooms in the main building are furnished in chalet-style with a lot of wood, and the rooms in the Residence Bellevue building were renovated in winter 2014. Each unit comes with a minibar, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom. The property also offers apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Most rooms have a balcony. The café features a terrace and serves Italian and international cuisine, as well as flambé dishes. We grant our gæstehus guests a 15% discount in our brasserie. The Klein-Matterhorn Cable Car and the Schwarzsee Lake can be reached by bus (included in the ski pass) or on foot in just a few minutes from the Derby Residens. Shops can be found around the Adresse Derby and a tennis court is a 1-minute walk away. Hiking and biking trails start at the doorstep.

"On the main street. Very short walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was included. While not a lot of choices, it’s certainly a convenient start to the morning. Most positively, they allowed me to change the booking dates without any problem, even though the Booking.com said no refund and no change allowed."

"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
