"Having a kitchenette was very useful, given how expensive it is to eat out in Switzerland (it would have been better to have at least some kitchenware already in the room rather than get it all from the reception). The location is very convenient to the old town. The receptionists were nice and helpful."
"The floor in the room was very dirty, to the point that we had to throw out our slippers afterwards. The walls/doors are thin, we could hear every time a neighbour would come or go."

"Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!"

"The hotel is not so far from the city center and the castle, and cca. 20 minutes to reach the train station by foot. The room is comfortable and equipped with a simple kitchenette. The staff is helpful."

"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
