The Etablissement Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. A rich buffet breakfast is served every morning. When booking more than 3 rooms the reservation has to be paid in 48 hours and is no longer refundable.

"Morgenmaden var fantastisk, det var flot præsenteret og der var et kæmpe udvalg. Værelset var meget smagfuldt indrettet i bjerghytte stil. Sauna og spa var dejlige. Transport til togstationen om morgenen var bekvemt. Det var meget stille i den del af byen, det kunne jeg godt lide."

"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
