Boutiquehotel Berghaus ligger i det bilfri Wengen i Jungfrau-regionen og har en afslappende beliggenhed omgivet af Berner Alperne. Männlichen-svævebanen og landsbyens centrum ligger kun en kort gåtur derfra. Samtlige rummelige værelser på Berghaus har kabel-tv. Nogle af værelserne har desuden minibar og balkon. Restauranten serverer et udvalg af lokale fiskespecialiteter fra de omkringliggende søer. Der serveres sammen lokale kødspecialiteter og vegetariske retter. Madpakker kan bestilles. Når vejret tillader det, kan gæsterne slappe af på den solrige terrasse. Efter en dag på pisterne kan man slappe af i hotelloungen, som har åben pejs og bibliotek.

"The location was excellent, a short walk up from the centre of town. The breakfast was superb, and included home-made jams and plenty of fresh bread, plus eggs, cheeses and meats. The owner, Martina, is thoughtful, efficient, and a wonderful source of information. I enjoyed talking with her about family and about life. The hotel and the room were exceptionally clean."

"I can’t wait to go back here! The property is located close enough to Wengen train station & town, & 3-4 minutes from the cable car, yet far enough to get some peace & quiet. Each room has a balcony with a lovely view. It was spotless & cleaned each day with fresh towels replaced. The host, Martina is wonderful. She was warm & welcoming, and gave me lots of great tips for hiking & sightseeing. Their continental breakfast was excellent! Soft, freshly baked bread and croissants each morning from the local bakery with fresh cut up fruits & plenty of options for vegans & vegetarians for a healthy & hearty breakfast, served with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. 10/10 recommended."

"Hotellet opfylder de basale behov for et standard hotel. Der var pænt og rent. De har ikke aircondition, men blot en blæser på værelset. Receptionisten var sød, hjælpsom og ærlig. Der serveres ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men både restaurant og minimarked findes på den anden side af gaden. Der er larm fra toge når vinduerne er åbne som kører hvert 30 sekund hele døgnet. Tæt på togstationen."
