"The only negative which ofcourse am not deducting a point is extra charges in breakfast. We had breakfast paid in our reservation but as soon as you get to breakfast you see that they charge extra for an omelette or fried eggs which is a bit odd. (first time it happens to me)"

"The hotel was boutique in nearly every sense of the word. The location was great, across the river from old town and located on historic streets with plenty of choose for food and bars close by. As for the hotel, the staff were very warm and welcoming from the moment you arrived to depart. A boutique hotel was just that - well proportioned, neatly decorated and stylish with facilities that worked. Breakfast was a delight with a broad range of buffet options. A nice sun mid level sun terrace awaits do dry days. Beds were comfortable."

"The only thing that did not feel right for such a nice modern, apportioned boutique hotel was the bathroom to our room. It almost felt forgotten and left behind. Did they run out of materials? It was old from pink walls tiles. Old plastic wall fittings for lights & vents etc, plastic moulded sink unit and stand in bath which was also like pre WWI. It was a shame and took the edge off our first impressions"

"The rooms were lovely and the shower was the best one I’ve ever had. Good size and plenty of shelving in the bathrooms. About a 10min walk to the train station and close to the bus port for any bus tours taken"

"We stayed here 3 years ago, and there’s been such an upgrade to the rooms, modern, clean, great shower. Loved the hotel lounge, allowing me to chill to Netflix while my husband did bedtime with our toddler, and even enjoy a bottle of wine and chat with family. The staff are friendly. The location is great. Only 10 min walk to Old Town."

"It could quite warm and stuffy in the rooms but we opened the windows to allow some air in the rooms. The room we were in was a lot smaller to the one we had last time, but I think adding a cot made it feel smaller. The smoke smell you get in the evenings is not nice though coming from the bar attached. It lingers through the lounge, so when we tried to keep the door closed to remove the smell, one of the staff kept coming and opening it. It wasn’t entirely pleasant, so beware if you don’t like smoke."
