"The hotel is new and beautiful. The lobby had a warm feel and made Christmas season special with the gigantic Christmas tree and cottage cookie on display. The breakfast was very satisfactory . The staff friendly and ready to help. I loved the goodnight note and chocolate I received in the room every night. Very thoughtful of the team"

Excusez-moi (de ne pas pouvoir écrire tous les noms), tous les membres du personnel que j'ai croisé durant ces jours, des vigiles, les bagagistes, la réception, le restaurant, service de nettoyage, vous étiez tous sans exception EXCELLENT !!!!! Emmanuel, Franck, Tania, les autres filles à la réception, merci ! Dorcas qui est venu voir si tout se passait bien, je lui ai soumis un problème, dans l'heure c'était réglé ! Merci ! Le service déjeuner, il est excellent ! Brandy pour ne citer qu'elle, merci ainsi qu'à tous les autres bien sûr ! Le standig est au niveau!!!! Service client excellent. "From the moment i arrived to the Kertel the Staff was amazing welcome me with welcomes drinks as im celebrating my birthday The whole team Emmanuel Tania Dorcas made sure i hade the best of the best that i extended my stay there I felt at home and very safe whatever i needed they were there to assist me the hotel is beautiful from the pool restaurant gym very gorgeous and i can’t wait to be back and i cant wait to see Emmanuel,Tania , Dorcas and the whole team again thank you so much for this amazing experience truly my best in Kin"

"I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I especially want to thank Dorcas. During my stay I got sick, and she was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. She checked on me, helped whenever I needed anything, and truly went beyond her duties. Her care made a difficult moment much easier. People like Dorcas make this hotel special. Highly recommended."
