"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Bali. Special thanks to Sammy, for his kindness and for making guests feel so valued. "The Mankwe tented retreat is a little gem of a place, strategically located between Moremi and Khwai, with a good access to Mababe area and thus offering a wide variety of habitats with very good biodiversity. The tents are comfortable and the setting is very secluded and peaceful ... we were the only people staying at it at the time! ;) The team are very friendly and the game drives in particular very good - Op deserves high praise!"

Food options could be a bit more varied, but the cook is rather responsive. The pool seemed in need of a refresh.

The thing about having points in access card to take shower, it’s not needed, people who are doing camping are nature friendly enough to do not waste water.

"Great host, with good energy, who picked me up from quay. His accommodation was only 10 minutes away. I slept in a tent with a very good, firm mattress. Not soft. In the afternoon it can be hot in the tent, so this makes it difficult to do a nap. A camping stove is available, so this was very welcomed. Onside a nice relaxing beach, where you can enjoy the water with paddling, just swimming or gaze at the ocean. During the night this area was quiet. Bathroom is near the house and supplies cold and hot water. He knows where to get good food, and cheap transport. A mosquito net may be handy next time. I really recommend this place."

The neighbors were playing music very loudly until midnight. It’s still glamping and not a hotel room so it was disturbing but that can always happen when you go camping.

"God udsigt, gode faciliteter, tæt på alpakaerne og fint med privat liv. Vild oplevelse i badet(med varmt vand) og med udsigt udover bjergene. Gode senge!"

"Nice place by the river and mountains in the middle of nature, double room with the shower and toilet. Friendly staff."

Not a problem with the campsite: there is 8 km unpaved road only to this place.

Vores telt lå op ad vejen som ikke er helt lille. Kl 7 om morgenen drøner der biler og lastbiler forbi - ikke mange, men hver 2-3 minut er nok til at forstyrre og er ikke helt i pagt med naturen. Men derudover var alt virkelig stille og fint
