"The facilities are a little bit old; there were not enough elevators, so when it was time to check out, everyone was doing the same, so we had to wait several minutes just to get the elevator, and then stop on each floor. I also don't like the fact that the check-in is later than most of accomodations (4 PM) and the check out at 11AM."

"The check out was super long, I decided to do the express check out did not feel comfortable doing that at all. I rather do the in person check out. But I was waiting for 30 min and still not moving, and there was a long line up."

"We really loved our stay at this hotel. We booked it on the day of our arrival, and the price was very reasonable for such a great place. The location is perfect — right in the city center. When we went up to our floor and entered our room, the view exceeded all our expectations. We had a stunning view over the entire Old Town and the main central street. We were absolutely delighted and felt incredibly lucky to get such a room. It truly made our stay special. The only downside was that the hotel charged the security deposit twice. If we had not checked our account a few days later, we might not have noticed it. However, once we called the hotel, the issue was resolved immediately and the extra charge was refunded right away."

"Some of the furniture was not in the best condition, for example, one of the beds was constantly collapsing due to a broken leg."

"Location Location Location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. We stayed in room 1620, and it looked newly renovated. The bed, pillows, and linens were super comfortable and clean. I would stay here again ."

"Check in and parking absolutely terrible. We had to park off location in another underground parking as the hotel was full. Check in 5pm, and so many people checking in there was nowhere to park so that you could check in. My husband had to circle around or park illegally so I could Check us in and then I had to unload our car and run it up to our room while he waited with the car so we could go park it offsite."
