"There is a restaurant that provides 10% discount for guests, however we did not eat there. The architecture was breathtakingly amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Its a four minute walk to Temple Gardens so it was great to stay at Grant Hall and walk over to the Mineral pool."
"I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. The fridge was a good size. We are tea drinkers so I always carry a small kettle for all my stays in hotels. The walk from the parking lot to the entrance ramp was extremely icy. There had been an ice storm the day before so that may have added to the lack of success with salting."

He remained calm, professional, and genuinely caring despite the late hour. Paul is incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and a true asset to your team.
