"Hotel is in a good location, clean and staff friendly. Parking good and safe. Kamloops is Fine and plenty to do..restaurant's etc . Rooms perfect and bed comfy. Would recommend"

"I found the reception staff friendly and welcoming and enjoyed the warm cookie. The bed was very comfortable, and the large TV screen the best. Thank goodness for the good decaf coffee option in both the room and the dining room. The room was very quiet and the location perfect for our purposes."

"We weren't able to get a table in the restaurant for dinner as they were very busy and as we weren't sure of our arrival time, we didn't pre book. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were able to get pizza delivered to the hotel using Uber app, which the reception staff were fine with. They did offer restaurant recommendations in local area, but we were feeling tired after our drive."
