"the commute from san pedro is VERY LONG. and bumpy and sometimes frustrating if youve had a long day. they dont have a water taxi anymore and private boats are incredibly expensive. they need to have a shuttle or commute service from the resort. also, theres sand fleas. weve been back 4 days and all of us have been to a pharmacy to get meds to cure the itching. its terrible. so come prepared."

"If you’re looking for a private island feel in the Caribbean, this is definitely the place to go. It was fun getting to the location (even at night) and then every day was only more fun. There’s plenty of activities you can do, from chilling in the hammock, snorkeling, going kayaking, to going for a bike ride even further north. They provide kayaks and snorkeling equipment for free. You have a paradise beach and turquoise water with a large and colorful coral reef underneath basically as you step out of your villa. Besides that, all the staff was just amazing, so helpful and friendly, and so were the owners that gave us a very warm, 5-star resort kind of welcome. The room itself was kinda oldish yet very comfy and spacious, no problems with electricity or hot water in the shower, so nothng to complain about. Anyway, the location, outside activities and high-quality food is what makes this place so special, not necessarily the rooms."

"The kitchen could be better equipped, a microwave and a kettle would be helpful but I imagine they’d make you use the restaurant less often which is not exactly what the hotel wants ;)"

"The location of the houses is incredibly beautiful because it is right on the beach. You can go directly from the house to the beach to go swimming and see the second largest coral reef in the world and the staff is very nice and fulfills your every wish. Tranqulity Beach Resort is perfect for relaxing and has the most beautiful location in the whole of Belize. You are isolated from the tourist life on the other part of the island."

"Der Ort ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer mit schönem Sandstrand. Die Leute waren äusserst freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und waren sehr glücklich darüber."

"Da meine Schwester am nächsten Tag eine über 35stündige Heimreise hatte, haben wir extra einen Van-transfer zurück zum Flughafen gebucht. Am Morgen als wir zu unserem Shuttel wollten, stand da ein Golfcart. Als wir gesagt haben, dass wir einen Van gebucht haben, sagte man uns: der ist seit gestern ausgefallen. Zum Glück konnten wir es dann noch regeln, und wir konnten mit einem Schnorcheltrip (Boot) zu einem Steg in der Nähe des Flughafens gebracht werden. Trotzdem unglücklich gelaufen, da wir mit all unserem Gepäck noch zum Flughafen laufen mussten und extra den Van (bezüglich Komfort) gebucht haben. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass man uns bereits am Vorabend darüber informiert hätte, damit man eine Lösung hätte suchen können."
