"We really enjoyed our stay at The CoZia. The place was clean, secure and comfortable. Mel was incredibly helpful and flexible, she helped us store our bags, check-in a little earlier and then organised a taxi for us to the airport upon check-out. There’s a great bakery just around the corner and it’s easy to walk into the centre of town."

"Communication with the owner was great. Nice quiet location with places nearby to eat and drink. The apartment was so clean and lovely! Would definitely recommend."

"I felt very welcome at The Cozia. I arrived late and had no way to exchange money because all banks were closed. Mel was understanding and let me pay the next day. There were snacks and water for me upon arrival. The apartment is spacious, clean and with all the necessities. In addition, the apartment is not far from downtown. Mel thinks with you if you have questions. I really had a nice time and would recommend everyone to stay here if you come to Belize City."

"Der persönliche Kontakt, der Service und Hilfsbereitschaft von Mel und Ihrer Familie war unglaublich. Zum Park und den dort liegenden Restaurants waren es zu Fuss nur ca 700m. Kingspark ist nicht wie im Internet oft beschrieben gefährlich, nicht mehr als in Berlin. Es leben hier durchaus sehr wohlhabende Familien. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Man begegnet überwiegend sehr freundlichen Menschen. Wer kein Hotel mit Fullservice sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben."
