"Lots of extra charges on bills. Restaurants get too busy. But the biggest issue is the SLS pool. When we visited for the first time it was an adult only pool and I think this work perfectly because there are lots of amenities and pools that families can enjoy at the resort. The last couple years families are allowed and kids can get very loud making it not the best environment for relaxation. The only adults pool at the resort has banging music and only open on weekends. Think they should create a space for guest that don’t want to hear kids shouting or sit on a party pool."

"The bathroom in the room had a see-through glass door into the bedroom - not sure what couple wants to see their partner in the bathroom. Restaurants were fully booked days in advance so struggled to get a table on certain days."
